“Chaubeylogy” – The Science of Mind waves

   “Know you, to know the universe or vice versa”
When we talk about brain, this is certainly the topic which clicks everyone. Scientist are claiming that Human are still not able to utilize the existing brain powers of them only a specific percentage gets utilized by a normal person in whole of the life span so why Humans are not able to utilize the brain powers..There are whole bunch of questions still not answered by existing science.
What we know is what we see; there is a need to know what we can imagine and what we can imagine is possible.
Chaubeylogy is the art of playing with mind waves, utilizing it in the daily routine and defining the boundaries around hurdles to achieve desired results from the circumstances in which one is running through.
Brain works very similar to binary language basics of modern designed software i.e. yes or no. For any decision which we seek from our mind the answer is only Yes or No; Let’s take example of any happening...You want to wake up early, whether you should go to market at evening, whether your kids should go to that specific school or at workplace should I do this to achieve this or in love whether I should kiss her or in anger should I abuse him badly or at home should I bring a gift to my wife, today….You know the answers of each or these questions is either Yes or No…Either you will say yes and will start working to achieve it or you will say No and will start working to find the reasons for not doing it.
If we compare the working of computer machines it also works on two digits only any action performed by a computer is either True or False which is represented as 1 or 0. So there is a need of a mind which can prepare the equivalent hardware/software for the fulfillment of mostly required automation of brain functionalities and unfortunately there is a distance to cover, for that.
The existing science methodologies have shown their strengths till super computer only and the dream which Einstein has given to us is “Time Machine travel” . How I see if there are strong regimented practices involved to increase the mind utilization but they are external only where we are trying to teach something to develop imagination this is not logical. Learning through mind can only be the way to develop the inner strong mind powers.
Chaubeylogy which I am mastering though several years is a set of basic brain understandings and its followings which help in just managing my routine transactions in most effective manner it also helps in avoiding the unwanted pressures of work life or personal lives.
In this article I will provide some tips for the readers which can be used in a routine day, the outcome of these tips are

This technique of controlling the body energy and directing this to perform a specific task is termed as Chaubeylogy. Biologically each person requires 4 biological brakes in 24 hrs period. We think/perform some of them like lunch break, dinner break but we do not simply plan breaks for our most required organ of our body i.e. break for our imaginations/thinking, This we do simply as we have learnt during night we have to slept or most during the noon time, it’s good to have sleep.
Here I recommend a little change in your routine life and going through one of the proved relaxing technique of Chaubeylogy that is nothing but the defining 4 thinking breaks in 24 hrs period, how you can perform this is very simple, follow the following steps:
1.       Plan 4 odd interval and small sleep breaks in 24 hrs period, one is easy at night and other 3 could be of 8 minutes interval as and when you feel need of relaxing you
2.       There should be minimum 4 hours gap in each break
3.       During a break sit/lie wherever you are for next 6 minutes with loose body muscles and closed eyes, without moment
4.       Last 2 minutes out of 8 minutes break you should utilize in waking the brain to normal speed
5.       This virtual sleep is based on the control over your desires through mind which is ultimately controlling one’s inner strengths.
There are thousands of the practices and theories which can be shared among people who wants to have a REAL goal of life to enhances the human brain powers and describing written and proved ways to enhance existing human capabilities, you could be anyone in the real life it doesn’t matter but it matters what you are doing to reach somewhere and how you are doing.
